Events: July 2011

The summer’s moving quickly; we’re almost into July! September will be here before we know it, so in addition to swimming, heading to cottages, and hanging out on patios with cold drinks, consider hitting up some of the following July events here in the city.

Runs: June 23rd to July 10th, 12pm-5pm
Location: Gladstone Hotel, Toronto
Description “Curator Sholem Krishtalka continues to poke and prod at what the word “queer” means now, and what it’s evolving to mean. Pride shows tend to focus on the artist’s sexual identity; but queer art isn’t, and shouldn’t necessarily be a product of whom you take to bed.”
